Hotel Policy

Accommodation rules at the hotel.

1. The hotel is open for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Checkout time is 12:00, and check-in time is at 14:00.

2. If you need to store your luggage, you can use this service free of charge. Please leave valuables and documents in the safe. The guest is responsible for items left unattended in the room.

3. Additional complimentary hotel services: emergency assistance, provision of a first aid medical kit, wake-up calls at a specific time.

4. Please treat the hotel property with care, follow the hotel's fire safety rules, and maintain cleanliness in public areas. When leaving the room, please close the windows and taps in the bathroom; if a guest damages the hotel's property, they will be liable to fully compensate it according to the hotel's price list.

5. Hotel guests acknowledge and do not object to the use of video surveillance on the hotel grounds, except in bathrooms and guest rooms.

6. To maintain order and safety in the hotel, the following are prohibited:

- Smoking in rooms, hallways, and hotel premises

- Using electrical appliances in the room except for those allowed

- Giving room keys or guest cards to unauthorized persons

- Storing flammable materials in the room

- Bringing or storing weapons in the hotel room

- Moving or removing furniture and equipment from the room

- Violating generally accepted norms of behavior, including being under the influence of narcotics, toxic substances, or alcohol on the hotel grounds

- Displaying aggression or actions that threaten the safety of others or their property

- Housing guests in the room after 23:00 without registering them with the hotel's reception and without paying for their stay

- Keeping pets in the rooms


Booking, check-in, and payment procedures of hotel services.

1. Payment for accommodation and services provided by the hotel is made at the prices approved by the Order of IP Parshukov IV. The hotel uses dynamic pricing. Payment for accommodation and additional services is made in Russian rubles and foreign bank cards.

2. For guaranteed room reservation at the hotel, a prepayment is taken in the amount of the cost of at least one day of stay or the full cost of stay. Other payment methods are subject to agreement with the hotel administration.

3. Before check-in, the guest pays the remaining amount for the entire stay at the hotel. If the guest is late by more than one day, the guaranteed reservation is canceled, and the prepayment for the first day of stay is non-refundable.

4. Refund of accommodation payment is provided upon guest's request starting from the second day of stay at the hotel. Prepayment for the first day of stay at the hotel is non-refundable.

5. In the case of non-guaranteed booking, the hotel waits for the guest until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival, after which the booking is canceled if the guest has not checked in and made a prepayment.

6. Before check-in, the guest provides a document confirming their identity, as well as documents required for registration at the place of stay:

- Russian citizen passport, identity document for Russian citizens in the territory of the Russian Federation;

- USSR citizen passport, identity document for Russian citizens before replacement with a Russian citizen passport within the prescribed period;

- Birth certificate for individuals under 14 years of age;

- Passport, identity document for Russian citizens outside the Russian Federation, for individuals permanently residing outside the Russian Federation;

- Temporary identity document for Russian citizens;

- Foreign citizen passport or other document recognized as an identity document for foreign citizens;

- Document issued by a foreign state and recognized as an identity document for stateless individuals in accordance with the international treaty of the Russian Federation;

- Migration card;

- Residence permit for stateless individuals;

- Residence permit for stateless individuals.

The hotel administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services to guests who have not presented an identity document and/or lack the necessary documents for registration at the place of stay.

7. One day before arrival, the guest makes full payment for the entire stay at the hotel.

8. Early check-in or late check-out is provided to guests if there are available rooms at the hotel, according to the hotel's price list. The cost of early check-in and late check-out is calculated as follows:

Check-in from 0:00 to 10:00 - full cost of the daily rate on the day of arrival, provided that the guest stays at the hotel. Payment for early check-in is taken the day before arrival.

Check-in from 10:00 to 14:00 - half the cost of the daily rate on the day of arrival, subject to availability of a vacant room.

Late check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 - half the cost of the daily rate on the day of departure, subject to availability of a vacant room.

Late check-out from 18:00 to 0:00 - full cost of the daily rate on the day of departure, subject to availability of a vacant room.

9. If extending the stay, provided there are available rooms at the hotel, the guest pays the full cost of accommodation for the extended period. The stay can be extended for a minimum of half a day at the room rate according to the hotel's tariffs.

10. In the event of early departure after the check-out time, the payment for the current day is non-refundable.

11. In the case of non-cash payment, if the funds have not been received in our bank account upon the guest's arrival, and the organization has not sent a guarantee letter and payment instruction with the bank stamp, the guest must make the payment independently.

12. Guests staying in your room after 11:00 p.m. must register at the guest reception and pay for their accommodation.

13. Children up to 6 years of age, accommodated in the main sleeping places of the room, stay for free.

14. Accommodation of minors under 14 years of age in the hotel is based on identification documents of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians) accompanying them, provided that the accompanying person(s) present consent of the legal representatives (one of them) and birth certificates of these minors. Accommodation of minors over 14 years of age in the hotel, in the absence of their legal representatives, is based on identification documents of these minors, provided that the consent of the legal representatives (one of them) is provided.

15. When ordering additional services, the guest makes a full prepayment for all required services.

16. On the day of departure, the room key is returned to the administrator.
